In alignment with Qatar’s energy efficiency goals, Al Bayan Electronics & LED Technologies (B-LED) partnered with Barwa Real Estate to upgrade the street lighting infrastructure in Barwa Village.
The project focused on the replacement of outdated High-Pressure Sodium (HPS) fixtures with high-efficiency LED luminaires, delivering improved lighting quality, reduced energy consumption, and lower maintenance costs. The transition to LED enhanced visibility across the residential and commercial areas while supporting Barwa’s commitment to sustainability and long-term urban development.
This early retrofit project marked a significant step in B-LED’s contribution to smart lighting transformation in key developments across Qatar.
