At B-LED Lighting Technologies, our organizational structure is built to support agility, innovation, and excellence across all departments. Each team plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality LED lighting solutions, from concept and production to client delivery and after-sales support.

Our company is led by the President & CEO, who is supported directly by the Vice President – Manufacturing Director, ensuring strategic leadership and operational excellence across the business.

Key Departments:

• Internal Audit
  An independent unit that ensures compliance, accountability, and process optimization across the organization.

• Administration & HR Department
  Handles employee relations, hiring, IT infrastructure, and transportation logistics, enabling smooth internal operations.

• Finance & Accounting Department
  Oversees financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and all accounting activities with a focus on transparency and fiscal control.

• Supply Chain Department
  Responsible for procurement, warehouse management, and logistics, ensuring efficient and timely material flow from suppliers to production.

• Presales & Technical Support
  Works closely with clients and engineering teams to deliver technical assistance and lighting design proposals, including lux calculations.

• Technical & Production Department
  Covers product design and manufacturing, ensuring that every unit meets our quality and performance standards.

• Quality Control Department
  Monitors and verifies product quality through stringent inspection processes to meet both local and international standards.

• Sales & Marketing Department
  Drives customer engagement through sales, market research, advertising, and digital marketing. The team is structured to support both B2B and B2C initiatives locally and internationally.
