In 2021, Al Bayan Electronics & LED Technologies (B-LED) was selected to supply indoor and outdoor LED lighting systems for four newly developed public bus stations located in Sudan, Lusail, Al Wakra, and Qatar Foundation.
The project, executed under the authority of Ashghal and the supervision of AECOM, required full compliance with project technical specifications and GSAS (Global Sustainability Assessment System) environmental performance standards.
B-LED provided energy-efficient, low-maintenance LED luminaires designed to ensure safety, comfort, and performance in both internal passenger areas and external facilities such as bus bays, parking, and public spaces. The lighting was engineered to meet operational needs while contributing to Qatar’s national sustainability and transportation goals.
