In 2021, Al Bayan Electronics & LED Technologies (B-LED) provided indoor and outdoor LED lighting solutions for a network of public bus stations across Qatar, in collaboration with Ashghal.
The scope of work included the supply of high-efficiency B-LED luminaires and the execution of lux-level lighting calculations to meet project specifications and enhance visibility, safety, and energy performance within the stations. These lighting systems were implemented in waiting areas, platforms, service corridors, parking zones, and staff facilities.
This project demonstrates B-LED’s pivotal role in supporting Qatar’s public transport infrastructure with smart, sustainable lighting systems designed to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
